A Famosa Waterworld (backdated entry)

We had joy, we had fun…lalala (lagu westlife)…at A Famosa Waterworld Melaka. We went there on 6^th November 2011..dah lama tak cuti2 with all members of the family kan…

Walaupun ramai sgt org but we managed to get the tickets, sewa pelampung & tempat lepak (mcm balai gitu)…best jugak la..

The best part was my nephews & nieces yg sungguh la berani..depa naik gelongsor yg tinggi gila amat dan sungguh curam. Memula my hubby yg try. Lps tu depa excited. At first I was quite worried sbb x nampak pun budak2 yg naik, perempuan pun 2-3 orang je. So I asked my hubby to call them..masa tu diorg dah naik atas tunggu turn. Tak sempat hubby pi,  bedebuss..depa dah selamat turun…phew!!!...berani betul.

Memula sekali Kimi & Abg Long…followed by Che Agha..last sekali Fara and Adik. I yang otai ni pun tak berani…huhu. Tapi sayang masa ni x ambik pics..susah le nk bawak hp or camera all the way.  Especially Adik yg baru darjah 5 tu..mmg lawak laa kalo dpt amik his pics. Masa tiba dia terus berdiri sambil berkata ‘Allahuakbar!’ beberapa kali. Kira suspense gila la tu..dia la mamat yg paling kecik naik gelongsor tu..iskh..iskh..

Anyway it was an enjoyable outing…kitorg balik dah maghrib. My mum pun dah bising sbb kitorg x ingt nak balik :)

So layan je laa the pics..mutu kurang memuaskan sbb pakai hp aje..

Phuket - Day 3

Luckily we started a little bit late today. I & hubby managed to walk around the hotel. We went to Patong Beach, took some pics and back to the hotel. Busu & hubby went to the hotel pool and my PIL went strolling nearby the hotel.

Today we went for Nara Cruise. It was a very nice cruise with a big boat and about 20 passengers only. Along the way, the view was very nice, rasa mcm cruise mewah gitu.

We stopped at some of the caves and went for canoe. It was a very awesome experience since the caves were very dark and narrow and we had to lie down so that we could go through. Felt like my nose (yang mancung ni) is just below the cave..huhu. Scary huh. Tapi..mmg best lah cruise ni..

Phuket - Day 2

Day 2

We went to Phiphi Island but before that, singgah snorkeling (i tak join coz kan demam tp dlm hati teringin gak cuma bosan sikit sbb ramai, asyik nk terlanggar org lain jek). For me, Pulau Perhentian is much more better coz we have various types of fish, ada turtles and also beautiful corals.

Phiphi Island is quite far from Phuket like taking a ferry from Kuala Muda Kedah to Pulau Langkawi. Most of us were sleeping during our way back to Phuket…huhu.

Trip to Phuket

On 16^th October we went to Phuket (dah macam essay sekolah rendah je..hehe). It was a great holiday. We really enjoy ourselves although I was not so well during the holiday. I had flu but managed to go thru the holiday happily..hehe.  So, let's see what we did in Phuket. We went there via package under An Nur Travel Agent.

Day 1

Arrived at Phuket Airport and they brought us to tshirt factory – tshirt for souvenirs are really cheap here.

Then we went to Pornthip (sebut betul2) where there is a shop selling all sorts of seafood and cashew nut product.

Next we went to Honey Factory – macam sesi lawatan sambil belajar kat sini

Then we went to a place called Shooting Range – hubby try menembak…boleh tahan jugak score dia 85%..congrats dear..hehe

Our next stop is Elephant Ride but we did not take the ride, quite expensive and not enough time since we will have to get ready for the show tonite.

On the way back to hotel, we dropped by to take some pics at a viewpoint (can’t remember the name)

Nite – AmazingPhuket Fantasea show..really enjoy ourselves. I and Busu took an elephant ride here, just before the show. I was so excited..ntah ape2. Anyway, mmg best giler the show. They have a very high tech stage, siap meletup, hujan, boleh fly & buat acrobatic. Mmg awesome…

Busu's Bday Celebration at Meatworks

Dah lama juga blog ni menyepi so..today I nak update event2 yg dah lepas..hehe.

9^th October 2011..my dear sister’s birthday i.e. Busu. Cun kan date dia tahun ni 9.10.11.

So I would like to wish her Happy Birthday. May Allah bless you sis. Unfortunately tak boleh nak celebrate on that day coz Busu was busy with her in laws.

So the next day was Monday and Busu called me coz her husband wanted to belanja us..hehe. Busu punya bday tapi kami yg dpt makan free..bestnye.

So Busu ajak dinner on Tuesday but I could not make it, I cuti coz ada something yg nk buat. Wednesday & Thursday pulak I ada course. Friday pulak I cuti also ada hal. Byk pulak hal..hehe. So I thought, why not today??? And Busu agreed so spt biasa, Busu kata cari tempat.

Hmm…suddenly je I teringat Meatworks..ala pernah masuk dlm JJCM. MMg teringin sgt tapi x jugak pergi sbbnya tak ada apa yg buatkan nak pergi sana (dekat area Hartamas).

So I pun mencadangkan laa Meatworks…so pikir punya pikir, begitu begini..last2 hubby kata, oklaa Meatworks tu sbb tak pernah pergi kan. Asik2 pi Chillies, kalo tak pun Midvalley..buhsan.

So off we went to Meatworks..memula sesat sebab this restaurant is located at Solaris. Rupanya ada 2 Solaris kat Hartamas tu.

Last2 jumpa..excited giler..siapa lagi..me & myself..hahah. Sgt best dia punya surroundings, I mean..selesa laa, x crowded sgt. Harga pun ok laa kalau nak compare dgn foodnye yg best. I rasa Tony Roma’s lg mahal. Definitely I nak dtg lagi sini..huhuhu. So enjoy the pics…

Last weekend my office mate (Liza, Ija, Fadh, Yan, Naza) datang beraya at my house. Apa lagi sibuk la I masak dari mlm sampai tgh hari. Menu, nasi impit, rendang ayam and mee kari. Dah la takde pembantu i.e Busu...huhu.

Tapi Alhamdulillah..semua ok & berjalan lancar..hehe. Sayangnye we all lupa la nk amik gambor..cis ..cis. Maka takdelah gambar yg nk share kat u all…

Birthday Celebration

Just to share with you on my birthday celebration @ The Legend, PD. We just knew that they have changed to Grand Lexis PD. Actually hubby nak wat surprise but tak berapa nk jadi coz I kept on asking & guessing & bgtau my parents nak pi PD so, diorg pun tanya hubby..hotel mana??

So takkan laa nak bohong or nk rahsia..so last2 terbocor rahsia..ehehe..Cuma bila hubby mentioned Lexis PD, I pun mcm confused. Apesal tak pernah dgr hotel ni??

So bila telah diprovoke byk kali (ni hotel tak glamour kot, ni mcm hotel sentosa kat malim tu ke? bla..bla..), hubby pun dgn sedikit hangin memberitahu Lexis tu Legend la…hahaha…

It was a small & quiet celebration yet wonderful….thanks darling..love you..

Raya 2011

For this year, we celebrated 1^st raya at hubby’s side, Ipoh. So we went back to Ipoh on Sunday morning just to avoid the heavy traffic coz most people went balik kampung on Saturday.

The night before raya we had barbeque..best sungguh makan ikan keli bakar, ayam bakar, jagung bakar….hmmm. Special sikit this year since my sis in law is back for raya..

Pagi raya as usual..we went for solat..then salam2 raya..

After zuhur, we went to Gopeng to raya with Acik, Angah & family…then we went to raya with Mak Teh at our late Opah’s house. Alamak..barbeque lagi.

Terpaksala we all barbeque dgn baju raya sampai malam…huhu..sib baik boleh maintain cun..wakaka (Maintain ape ke bende muka pun dah berminyak..)

Yesterday…

We planned, actually not planned…it was last minute decision to go to Stadium Bkt Jalil sbb hubby nak tgk Chelsea. We arrived there at about 8.15 kot..yg tensennye, we all pusing cari parking tapi all the entrance were closed. Rasa macam nak hangin je ngan en polis yg jaga entrance tu..hello..kalau tak boleh masuk pun, give us options where to park or bgtau je takde parking dah. Takde la we all wait for nothing..iskh..gevam. Last2 hubby kata jom balik. So we all pun balik…sian hubby. As for me, ‘aiman tak kisah’ coz I biase2 jek bola ni..hehe.

Today…

At last I have the courage to where my schanaz scarf to the office but unfortunately, as usual, my dearest juri-juri awam kat office memberi komen sort of tak sesuai pakai tudung macam ni. Sigh.

Sorry guys, when u said that, I have answered with a not so friendly tone..hehe.

Bukan apa, terus terbantut my aspiration towards fashion..chewah. Dah la sekrg ni I tgh suka Hana Tajima. Anyway, ade sorang je my office mate yang kata ok, thank you dear J

How was your weekend? Me? Balik kampung…since kat kl ada that illegal ‘Bersih’ so we think it is better we went balik kampung, at least buleh la kuar jenjalan. Kalo kat kl, musti jam. But I am wearing it my own way, yet to see the tutorial on how to wear this scarf. I heard that there are so many ways. Unfortunately I do not have time to google since my streamyx is still at my old house.

Alahai rumah..

Haih….pening…..byk rupanya dugaan pindah rumah. Sorry guys terpaksa la u all dengar masalah I ni.

We just realized for the last 3 days that our air conditioners are not working? Sbbnya, tak rasa sejuk langsung. Dah le tu bukan 1..tapi semua. Adakah the installer ‘tak pandai’? One of the units is a new one, x kan dah rosak or habis gas? We have to call back the installer. Nk kata x pandai, kedai yg engage dia.

Satu lg masalah, pergola kat belakang tu, lampunye x menyala sbb no electricity. We all dah agak becoz masa pasang pergola tu contractor tu kata trip. Takkan tetiba trip…rupanya baru we all realize, masa tu agaknye dia terdrill the wiring.

So now, bila electrician (subcon Goh juga) check, dia kata nak kena buat balik wiring tu???? Eeee…mmg sakit hati la dgn subcon si Goh ni. Lps tu we all minta Goh  betulkan balik. Ye laa he is the one who manage this kan? But till now, electrician tu x betulkan lagi. Muka si Goh tu mmg dah x nampak dah. Mmg blacklist la si Goh ni. Nanti nk amik gambor dia letak sini, so if he approaches u guys, please reject..haha..jika tidak, anda akan menyesal..

CLS Kitchen Cabinet

Today is Friday….yeay! I superlove Friday..besides penghulu segala hari, it also means weekend is just around the corner. But this weekend will be a very busy one for us as we are moving to our new house..huhu. At last…dah siap pun my kitchen cabinet. Last time bukan tak siap but the sink was out of stock. So tak complete laa jawabnye.

I think it is time for me to give my opinion on CLS. So far, agak puas hati la dengan CLS but my personal opinion, if you need advice on the design of your kitchen cabinet, CLS is not that good. Basically their cabinets are ready made, it is not that custom made.  In terms of installation..hmm..it was ok la.

Yang paling tak puas hati, my switch utk kitchen lights is in the fridge cabinet and CLS tak nak move kan the switch, buleh?? Sbb nanti kena hack & kena cat balik etc so that will cost them.

For me, during the design stage, they should aware la switch tu kat mana…ko bukan dah biasa ke buat kitchen cabinet?? So now, bila I pi dapur, I have to go in front the fridge and put my hand in the cabinet to get the switch on…tak ke mengarut namanya?

 It cost us around RM15K plus for our U shape cabinets with glossy/glass & soft close doors. Usually, during exhibition CLS will advertise on their free granite top but sebenornye, they are giving free granite top pada bila2 masa. So basically, dpt harga discount sket je la..

So inilah hasilnye..I have arrange my things in the cabinets actually..tapi mcm  tak cukup jugak coz I have lots of Tupperware that need space..hehe

I am soooo happy today coz I have just received my first photobook. It is so incredible since I have just upload it on Monday, today dah dapat..so cepatkan the service?? I like!! Wanna see it??......tadaaaa......

Movers

Assalammualaikum & Dear readers..
For a start, we have actually move some of our things to the new house. Since our new house is just nearby so it is quite ok but still tiring...turun-naik tangga..phew! We did not pack actually, just put everything in the car and bring it to our new house. Lps tu terus susun dlm cabinet/wardrobe...senang citer.

Now we are searching for movers for brg2 yg berat & besar like katil, wardrobe, fridge, washing machine. Mana nk cari movers ni? Bila google2 ada gak tgk forum2..some are ok & some are not. Tu yg leceh..x suka la org tipu2 ni..ada yg kata mula2 charge lain then bila nk bayar, lebih pula chargenye...Most of them yg wat iklan kat tiang2 tu...so x nk lah call yg kat tiang2 tu..dangerous..

Hopefully we all akan dpt movers yg ok..please pray for us..huhuhu..dahla we all pindah dekat jek, boleh jalan kaki je sebenornye..so x logik laa kalau depa nak charge lebih2 ni..iskh..iskh

Last Saturday my hubby & I went to celebrate Adi’s bday. Busu arranged the celebration - chewah. Actually it was a get together & brunch at Marriott Putrajaya. Macam high tea juga lah..

It was an enjoyable moment, with good food and also singing from the Philipines trio..mmg best..

Hmm x tau mcm mana I was reading a blog and..from this blog to another blog..I discover about Hana Tajima fashion. Lovely & sopan (dia pun mmg gorgeous)..i like!

Actually Hana Tajima's fashion from my point of view is like using the idea of fashion outfits from the westerns and mix & match them plus hijab/scarf. I do realize during my trip to London last time..most of the minah salleh are wearing nice & modest oufits sbbnye kat sana kan sejuk...hehe. Kalau pakai pendek2 & nipis, beku plak nanti. Kat mesia ni panas, so maybe boleh ikut fashion tp material tu change to something that is comfortable..yg tak berapa tebal..

So hana's idea ni mmg sgtlaa bagus...love it..Kalau pi London lg (bila tu??), nak cari la baju2 mcm ni..huhu...or just buy Hana's design at Maysaa

it's school holiday and everybody is getting married..hehe. Last weekend my hubby's cousin kawin. 3 hari 2 mlm tuuu. Friday nikah, Saturday - kenduri belah perempuan, Sunday belah lelaki.
Malam tu kena balik kl..dah tu jam pulok...kol 12 lebey baru sampai..so apa lagi, sampai je terus zzz..

Kedai lampu murah - Houses Lightings

Assalammualaikum..

Finally I have bought the lights..where?? Houses Lighting at Jln BPU6 Bandar Puchong Utama near Ipoh Station. The price is much cheaper than Kedai Lampu Top 10 yg customer service nye sgt kureng bagi kami. Mcm kata Yan..'ingat kitorg takde duit ke??'

Kat Houses Lighting ni, customer svc ok, tak pilih bulu…hehe. Sumer org diorg layan dgn baik wpun ramai giler org kat kedai. Tapi masa  kami pi, ari ahad so they close at 5.00 pm. Other days, they close at 8.00pm.

Basically, masa Kat Top 10, they sell the down light (square) at RM25 (lowest price they can give) tapi kat Houses Lightings, we managed to buy the down light at 22.50 each Ok kan? Lps tu terus pi minum dkt Ipoh Station..sedap la lempeng kelapa dia..

Since dah beli kat sini, tak jadilah pi beli kat Kajang..hehe. So about RM1K jugalah habis beli down lights, ceiling fan, door bell and also lights for our back yard.

My dear readers...here are some updates of my new house..huhuhu
Yesterday hubby & myself were on leave...just to see the progress of the renovation..
It was a fruitful day since masa we all dtg, the worker informed us that the tiles were not enough so off we went to buy extra tiles. Luckily the tile shop is just nearby, feels like we are the contractor instead of Mr Goh.
At about 11 am, Floor Depot team came to install our wood flooring. About 3 pm, the installation was complete..so...tada....cun tak?

Still remember about my entry on Kedai Top 10? After frustrated with Top 10, we bought these ceiling fans during our visit to this shop called Seloka Sukma..Actually this Seloka Sukma is a wholesaler for certain products like hood & hobs, ceiling fans, and bathroom equipments.

Sebenornye, we went here to make full payment for our hood & hob that we booked earlier during the exhibition. So as usual, we were being offered by the staff there at the shop to purchase these ceiling fans, RM350 for 2 ceiling fans. But the brand is ‘deka’..mcm x pernah dengar je..hahaha. But at last we bought it sbbnya..mcm murah & cantik laa jugak as compared to brand alpha yg dijual kat Top 10 tu. But the quality..hmmm..not sure..hehe
