Dear readers..sorry for not updating this blog for quite some time...hehe..dunno why I was not in the mood to write..maybe coz hubby outstation hari tu..now dah balik..yey!
Just to update...our new house dah pasang lampu & kipas..huhu..ada la 1, 2 tempat yg x pasang lagi coz nk ambik kipas dr umah sekarang..abis sumer we all hangkut...sayang le kan..bukan murah tuuu...budget pun dah lari ni..hehe..

Kedai lampu murah - Houses Lightings

Assalammualaikum..

Finally I have bought the lights..where?? Houses Lighting at Jln BPU6 Bandar Puchong Utama near Ipoh Station. The price is much cheaper than Kedai Lampu Top 10 yg customer service nye sgt kureng bagi kami. Mcm kata Yan..'ingat kitorg takde duit ke??'

Kat Houses Lighting ni, customer svc ok, tak pilih bulu…hehe. Sumer org diorg layan dgn baik wpun ramai giler org kat kedai. Tapi masa  kami pi, ari ahad so they close at 5.00 pm. Other days, they close at 8.00pm.

Basically, masa Kat Top 10, they sell the down light (square) at RM25 (lowest price they can give) tapi kat Houses Lightings, we managed to buy the down light at 22.50 each Ok kan? Lps tu terus pi minum dkt Ipoh Station..sedap la lempeng kelapa dia..

Since dah beli kat sini, tak jadilah pi beli kat Kajang..hehe. So about RM1K jugalah habis beli down lights, ceiling fan, door bell and also lights for our back yard.

Floor Depot

My dear readers...here are some updates of my new house..huhuhu
Yesterday hubby & myself were on leave...just to see the progress of the renovation..
It was a fruitful day since masa we all dtg, the worker informed us that the tiles were not enough so off we went to buy extra tiles. Luckily the tile shop is just nearby, feels like we are the contractor instead of Mr Goh.
At about 11 am, Floor Depot team came to install our wood flooring. About 3 pm, the installation was complete..so...tada....cun tak?

Kat bawah ni ialah gambar spiderman yg tgh check flooring yg baru install...hehe..jgn marah

Still remember about my entry on Kedai Top 10? After frustrated with Top 10, we bought these ceiling fans during our visit to this shop called Seloka Sukma..Actually this Seloka Sukma is a wholesaler for certain products like hood & hobs, ceiling fans, and bathroom equipments.

Sebenornye, we went here to make full payment for our hood & hob that we booked earlier during the exhibition. So as usual, we were being offered by the staff there at the shop to purchase these ceiling fans, RM350 for 2 ceiling fans. But the brand is ‘deka’..mcm x pernah dengar je..hahaha. But at last we bought it sbbnya..mcm murah & cantik laa jugak as compared to brand alpha yg dijual kat Top 10 tu. But the quality..hmmm..not sure..hehe

Oklaa...nanti sambung lagi..x pi lagi la kedai lampu...will update later on kedai lampu murah..

J & J Renovation and Kedai Lampu Top 10

Lama sudah saya tak update blog ni..maklumlah still bz with my new house tu..penin.
Plaster ceiling masih tak siap lagi..problemnye is because of Mr Goh (J&J Renovation & Construction - Puchong) tu could not handle his contractor properly. Inilah masalah bila kita engage small companies...diorg tak buleh buat sendiri, bila subcon, contractor plak mcm ntah ape2.
Actually, we all ambil Mr Goh just because the others nmpk macam x paham & most of them tak tahu sgt bahasa melayu so takut jugak..lain yg we all nak, lain pulak yg dia buat..I pun takde laa carik Mr Goh tu, dia yg dtg & promote himself...
Actually this is my personal opinion la..feel that I have to share it with you guys so that you will be extra careful in future bila u nak engage any contractors. For me, this is our 'hak sebagai pengguna'...


Back to my plaster ceiling, contractor tu mmg mcm melepaskan batuk di tangga aje...dah laa plaster tu splashing here & there, kena my wall, my sliding door (yg dah tinted)..mmg geram betol. My floor x payah cakap la....I tgk my neighbour tu, their contractor siap alas the whole floor before buat keje...iskh...mmg hangin laa...


Next is my grille...yang ni ok..I engaged Mr Jason (Vintage) during the Perfect Livin' Exhibition at PWTC recently. So far, I am satisfied with his work. Workers dia pasang pun nmpak kemas je..


Next story is about Kedai Lampu Top 10 kat Puchong..yesterday we all pi kedai ni, from word of mouth la we came to know yg kedai ni murah. Mmg ramai org...so we all pun survey harga..then ada la this nyonya yg entertain we all...since we have yet to decide so dia minta kitorg pilih dulu lampu apa nk beli. After dah decide, we all panggil la dia, dia kata tunggu..so we all tunggu punya tunggu...dia x free..so we all pun try to call the others, sume tak layan..
So I pun tgklaa nyonya tadi tu....dia punye la layan satu couple ni pdhal, couple tu pun mcm kitorg earlier, x decide lg, baru nk pilih2, siap bawak calculator lg nak kira. Apa salahnye dia layan dulu kami yg dah pilih & nk beli dah ni??!!

Lps tu I panggil sorang lagi nyonya & tanya dia ade ke org lain, kitorg nak beli dah ni..tau ape dia ckp, dia cakap..i bz laa, i nak buat kerja ni..muka pun mcm 'tut'.

My hubby pun apa lagi, jom laa bla, kita beli kat kajang je, depa kata harga lebih kurang je kat kajang nun...I pun follow..sambil tu dlm hati I berdoa, harap2 kedai ni akan bankrupt soon..hahaha..mentang2 laa business tgh naik, eksen plak depa ni..Kena ingat laa..kita x selalu di atas..
Anyway, will update u all, kedai lampu yg murah kat kajang..tunggu..
