Rombongan Cik Sally ke Bandung

Assalaamualaikum..
Dah lama dah entry ni terendam! Ok let's start. Actually it was my bro's idea to go to Bandung, after our trip to Legoland. My bro & his family tak pernah lg naik flight so I suggest to them to go to Spore. Tp dah alang2 naik flight, baik jauh sikit kan so we decided  to go to Bandung. Last minute pulak, my Along nak join..so on 22nd March off we went to Bandung via Air Asia. Tak murah pun..masa tu promotion biasa2 aje. Will summarize the cost at the end of this entry kay...
Ok now let's start the journey..

Day  0 (Friday)
Arrival to Bandung -12.05 am (11.05 am at Bandung). Om Budi was there to fetch us to the nearby hotel, Grand Pacific. We know Om Budi through my bro's office mate. Adalah saudara dia kawin dgn Om Budi (something like that).
We went ngeteh after that & went back to hotel about 2.00 am. Talking about ngeteh, the teh tarik is not at all like KL. So if you are teh tarik's fan, be extra careful (dasat betul warning..hehe). Either the teh tarik will taste a little bit or extra sour or taste awful coz they use the jasmine tea. OMG, jasmine tea is a big NO to me.

Day 1 (Saturday)

All of us...at Tangkuban

We went out at 9.30 am and it was already like 11.00a.m so I guess it is better if you go out earlier. The traffic was very bad and the road was narrow & not in good condition. Van yang we all naik pun agak x selesa but we all ok je, janji boleh jalan..hehe. This morning's agenda was to go to Tangkuban Perahu. At first we heard that it was closed due to asap keluar so takut meletus la pulak. Tapi dah rezeki agaknye, dah buka pulak. So mmg agak jauh la this place. The way up to Tangkuban was like to Cameron Highland.

Kampung Daun

After Tangkuban, we had our lunch at Kampung Daun, it is like a village with many huts. Malangnye, hujan pulak turun. Dahlaa pondok kami atas sekali, jenuh juga berjalan dlm hujan. basically the food is ok. Harga agak mahal jugalah.

We went back to the hotel to send my sis yg dah pening due to the journey..huhu. Then off we went to Rumah Mode factory outlet. There were many people there but most clothes for women are not for hijabers. For men, yes..there are a lot of shirts/office wear to choose i.e. YSL, Hugo, etc.

At Chilaki Seafood

We end our day with dinner at Cilaki Seafood...the food& the price was ok laa. I asked for teh tarik hoping that it will be teh tarik kl but again..tipah tertipu. You can see the teh tarik in picture..menarik?

Toko 3

Day 2 (Sunday)

Trans Studio

We went out early today, unfortunately Om pula yg lewat. About 9.00 am we went to Toko 3 factory outlet. There are a lot of branded clothes here for both women & men. Ada Levi's, Hugo, Emporio Armani, Zara, Bershka etc. Byk juga kami shopping di sini.












Then we went to Trans Studio, a theme park in a shopping mall but we did not go in. The ticket is quite expensive RM80 per person.


For lunch, we went to Restoran Sederhana Nasi Padang. I love the food here..very nice & the place is clean.

At Heritage Factory Outlet

After lunch, we went to Heritage factory outlet...there are a lot of factory outlets here along the way. Besides clothes, there are luggage bags, handbags etc. We were here until evening and went for dinner at the same restaurant we went earlier i.e. Gampoeng Acheh.

At Pasar Baru & Makan bakso & batagor at Kingsley

Day 3 (Monday)
Today is our last day to go shopping!!! How time flies. We were supposed to go to Pasar baru for the whole day but suddenly Om suggested that we went to Jalan Dago factory outlet first as it is nearby our hotel. So..you can guess what happen when we get to go to factory outlet. Bukan we all, but the guys yg shopping spree.
So alamatnye lambat lah. Sampai Pasar Baru dah dekat pukul 3. There were so many people & the place is so big ada 12 tingkat. So many shops selling telekung, blouse, batik, bags, shoes....rasa nk pengsan. So kalau u all nak dtg, you guys must allocate 1 full day here. Please take note that they closed at 5.00 pm. The best opt is to come here first and look around. At the same time, you can plan what to buy, the next day you can go to the specific shop & buy whatever you have in mind. That evening we went to try the popular food in Bandung..bakso!! Mmg lazat...and ada lagi satu jenis masakan, batagor (bakso tauhu goreng). mmg superb lah..

Day 4 (Tuesday)
Pagi lepas subuh terus pi airport..

So..I think that is all about our trip. Oh..ya..the cost..
Flight tickets for two (return) RM900+
Hotel Grand Pacific - RM225 per night for Friday & Sat; RM180 per night for Sun & Mon
*actually byk lg hotel yg murah tp malas dah nak cari sbb takut kureng menarik..huhu
Van RM300 per day (fuel not included, bayar separate)
Tourist guide (yg ni kami yang suka suki bagi Om, dia pun ok jek) - RM400

Happy 8th Anniversary

Assalaamualaikum..
On 26th March 2013 is our 8th anniversary. I am so thankful to Allah for the beautiful journey I have gone through with my beloved Am. I pray that we will always be together dunia & akhirat and may Allah give us strength to go through ups & downs together. May Allah fulfill our dreams...ameen :)
Love you...hadiah nanti eh?..hehe

Cebu Island Philippines

Assalaamualaikum..
As promised, my entry to Cebu Island.
Last January..on the 27th, we went to Cebu Island in Philippines. Am had to attend a training there. At first I was not that interested to join but since I have yet to go to Philippines so why not?
Basically, these points will explain what Cebu is like from my point of view:

1. Not easy to find Muslims so you know how hard to get halal food. Luckily we stayed at a hotel where there is a shopping mall called Ayala. There is a halal restaurant served Persian food (kebab je best, the beryani is like nasi goreng & masam so kureng sikit).
2. They like to eat pork..so be extra careful when u buy anything (takut tersilap, ada nampak mcm keropok ikan gitu)
3. The people are very nice & polite :). Luckily during our trip the 'Lahad Datu controversy' is yet to exist..alhamdulillah
4. They have guitar factories there in Lapu Lapu City
5. Their crafts/souvenirs are quite cheap if you buy at the stalls near seafood restaurant, I think it is at Lapu Lapu City.

Sabun Popinjay

Assalaamualaikum..
Pernah dengar tak sabun ni? I tak pernah dengar, dengar dalam cerita Hantu Kak Limah 2 yg ada jin pakai toncit tu.
Lawak giler dengar Awie punya dialog "hmm..wanginye, mandi pakai sabun popinjay ke?" Dgn blurnye I tanya Am, amende tu? Terus dia gelak2...sambil berkata "laa tak tau ke sabun popinjay?" sambil menggoogle..dan..mmg I tak tahu.
Tapi bila tanya my geng makan, sumer tau. So I pun buat conclusion, org utara jek kut guna sabun popinjay nih..hehe. Org selatan x tau kut...

Dinner RRM

assalaamualaikum..
just wanna share my pictures during my division's annual dinner. I think most of my readers are my office mate so, as u all know there is a 'smelly story' during the dinner which I have posted in my FB. So I do not want to write it here, kita ingat yg indah2 aje ye buk...

Not so lucky malam tu but since everybody will get present so I pun dapat lah. I dapat kettle..oklah jugak walaupun niat di hati nak tupperware or brg ikea.

Opsss...I am listening to this song called 'terpanah asmara' by BCL..alah lagu dalam Adma Hawa tu..haha. Bestnye..layanzz.

Ok back to dinner RRM..we have to perform that night according to our group given earlier. Kiranya we have been assigned to that group early of 2012 and will do activities according to that group. I am in a group called 'Mantop' leads by my boss - suratan atau kebetulan, x tau la. Anyway we managed to be the overall champion wpun we all kalah dlm persembahan. Mana taknya, group lain mmg x suka dgn our group sbbnye our leader suka kutuk2 manja group lain, tp x kisah la kan, janji juara..haha.

Dak Tam

assalaamualaikum..
suddenly i have a pet cat. We call her as Dak Tam coz she is black. Dak is usually use by org melaka bila nk panggil anybody. I think it is a short form of 'budak'. Mcm kalau I, depa panggil Dak Sally...hehe.

Dak Tam ni actually ditinggalkan oleh mak dia..dunno why. i guess maybe she is not beautiful as her other siblings or maybe she is so noisy..pok pek pok pek. That is why I malas nak jaga dia ni tp kesian pulak kan coz she is very playful. Asik nak main je, bila kitorg tinggalkan, dia miow kuat2..ishk..

I have put her picture in fb but nobody interested..kesian. Anyway..look at her picture below. So small kan, rasa nak penyek2kan aje..hehe. We put her at the back, biar dia jaga pokok betik tp x boleh diharap Dak Tam ni. Betik tu habis je tupai makan, pantang masak sikit. Dia tak boleh keluar from that area coz we have a small wood gate. Takat ni, dia x pandai lompat lg..so selamat la. Kalau tak, she preferred to lepak in front but the problem is she loves to sit under our cars & sometime masuk dlm engine..or lepak on our shoe rack & meninggalkan kesan tapak kaki hitam depan pintu, tu yg malas tu.

Kitorg x bagi Dak Tam masuk rumah, kat luar je tp kdg2 dia saje je lari masuk dapur. Dia nih sgt suka menyibuk, bila i cabut rumput dia akan melompat2 & mengemol2 kat kita..iskh..kacau btol. Kalau kita jalan, dia kejar dekat ngan tapak kaki, sekali ku pijak nanti, hang jugak yg susah..

Kawan2, kat belakang dia tu bukan dia beber okeh..itu adalah daun kering :)

Zenith Kuantan

Assalaamualaikum
As promised, here is the entry on my trip to Kuantan. During our first trip to Kuantan, we stayed at MS Garden. It was ok but it is an old hotel.
This time, we stayed at Zenith. The hotel looks new & the room is very nice. The building is like an apartment where you will be able to look down at the balcony in front of your room. Usually kalau hotel, the rooms will be facing each other tapi this hotel lain sikit. The passage in front of the rooms is also spacious.

Before we arrived at the hotel, we dropped by at gerai Mok Na at Tg Lumpur for late lunch. This is what I love at Kuantan, love the ikan/sotong/udang goreng tepung and of course satar . Kat Mok na ni mmg the best lah. The ikan/sotong is so fresh..hmm...finger linckin' good :). So tgk jelah pictures kat bawah, gambar satar yg dah tinggal daun je..hehe

That night lepas dah baring2 rehat...malas juga nak keluar but at last we went out jugak takut kelaparan plak mlm2 kang, Again we went to Tg Lumpur. Mula2 we all x nak pergi Ana Ikan Bakar Petai coz we have already been there last time. So we all pun teruskan perjalan ke arah deretan kedai lain. Sekali jumpa another Ana Ikan Bakar..confused kejap, rupanya ada 2 kedai. One is the big one and another is located at the end of the deretan kedai2 yg lain. Bagus betul strategy. At first we all nk try kedai lain but bila tgk2 ikan mcm dah londeh je..so we decided to go back to Ana. Tapi kat sini takla seramai dkt kedai yg besar tu so..oklaa..makan sampai kol 10 lebih..iskh..iskh. Tapi kalau ramai lg best. Last time gi ngan Busu & Adi but this time just me & Am so..ini je la yg kami makan...

Best jugak lepak2 makan kat Kuantan (: jom..sape2 yg blom pernah rasa Mok Na & Ana Ikan Bakar Petai, silalah yea..
